How Do I Contact Support?

We are excited to introduce our new AI support agent – Quantra. It is trained based on our Help Center and designed to assist you with basic questions. To find Quantra on your mobile app, please follow these steps:

1. Open the sidebar on your mobile app
2. Scroll down and hit Help & Support
3. Choose Contact Us

In Help & Support, you can also find links to our Reddit community and Help Center for additional resources.

If you prefer to speak with a live person, our dedicated support team is here to help. You can reach us by sending an email to support@pocketguard.com  or by following these steps:

1. Open Sidebar menu;
2. Scroll down and hit Help & Support;
3. Select Contact Us;
4. Hit the “Contact Support” icon in the upper right corner;
5. Choose the type and subtype of your issue, add a detailed description, and then hit “Submit Issue”.

After submitting your issue, please wait for a response from our support team.

Note: To make sure you always receive our emails, it’s a good idea to add our address to your contacts or safe senders list. This way our replies won’t end up in spam.

If you didn’t get a response from us, please open another ticket and let us know. A support representative will contact you directly.

How to add our email address to your safe senders’ list

Adding support@pocketguard.com to your contacts or safe senders list helps make sure our replies don’t land in spam.

Gmail

Gmail doesn’t have a dedicated safe-sender list — instead, create a filter:

1. Open an email from us and click the three-dot menu in the top right
2. Select Filter messages like this
3. Click Create filter
4. Check Never send it to Spam, then click Create filter again

Outlook

1. Right-click an email from us and select Junk → Never Block Sender
2. Or go to Settings → Mail → Junk email, and add our address under Safe senders

Apple Mail

1. Open an email from us
2. Click the sender’s name or email address
3. Select Add to Contacts

Yahoo Mail

1. Open an email from us
2. Click the sender’s name
3. Select Add to Contacts
