Transaction List of Your Income and Expenses

You can link up your bank accounts and cards to PocketGuard, and it automatically fetches all of your transactions. Every dollar and every expense goes in once — no manual data entry required — and you always have the complete, current view of your spending.

Click on the Transactions tab in the PocketGuard app to view all transactions in one place from all of your accounts & cards. All of this is organized by time, so you can take a quick look at what you've spent over the years.

Search and filter in the Transactions tab. You can filter by merchant name, categories, hashtags for quick searching, date range, and account to easily access any transaction at any time.

Yes. Click on any transaction to open and re-classify. You can optionally include a note and/or hashtag for later reference. If the merchant continues to miscategorize the transactions, Transaction Rules can correct it for future transactions.

PocketGuard will allow you to edit and save pending transactions. Once your bank has completed the transaction, you can compare the pending transaction to the listed one to ensure your financial records remain accurate and you don't end up with duplicate transactions that appear in both your bank and financial records.
