Duplicate transactions usually happen when the same bank account is linked to PocketGuard twice – either as two separate linked accounts or as one linked account plus a manually added one.
Here’s how to fix it:
- Check for duplicate linked accounts. If the same bank account appears twice in your account list, hide one of the duplicates so its transactions stop being counted twice.
- Check for duplicate manually-added accounts. If you’ve added the same account both through bank sync and manually, keep only one.
- Sign out and sign back in. This forces the app to re-sync your accounts and often clears up duplicate or mismatched transactions on its own.
