Import transactions

Import transactions is a great way to get your full transaction history just in seconds. It works great if you prefer tracking expenses manually since all imported transactions would be listed under your cash account. As a reference, it could be any unsupported bank account or Apple card.

How to import transactions?

  1. Go to the sidebar or Transactions tab;
  2. Hit on the “Import transactions” icon;
  3. Enter import info:
    – Specify file source (financial institution or budget app);
    – Choose a cash account;
    – Attach your bank statement in a CSV file, including all transactions you’d like to download;
  4. Hit “Import transactions”.

Your bank is not listed?

If your bank is not available in the list, you can still add your transactions. Simply select the Generic option as the file source during the import process.

If you continue experiencing difficulties or your file does not upload correctly, feel free to contact us at support@pocketguard.com and we will be happy to assist.
