My transactions are missing

If you’re missing a transaction in PocketGuard, please double-check against your bank statement or online banking that the transaction has been posted to your account. 

When you confirm that the missing transaction is present in your bank account and is not in the pending state, try to refresh your account manually by completing the following steps:

  1. Go to the “Accounts” tab;
  2. Hit the “•••” button to the right of the institution’s name;
  3. Select Refresh.

If the transaction is still missing, please try to sign out and sign back in. 

If neither of the above fixes the problem, please email us at support@pocketguard.com with the following information:

  1. Missing transaction name;
  2. Transaction date;
  3. Transaction amount.

Also, please attach a screenshot from your online banking displaying the missing transactions. This will help us validate the data we receive from the financial institution against the actual data.
